My Mom's Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1/2 White Onion, diced
  • 1/2 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Texas Pete Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worchestershite Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup + 1/4 cup
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add the ground beef, diced onions, bell pepper, egg, 1 tablespoon Texas Pete, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire, 1 tablespoon milk, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1/2 can tomato soup and salt and pepper.
  • Combine all together well and then mold into a rectangle shape in a baking dish.
  • In another small bowl mix the other 1/2 can tomato soup, 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1/4 cup ketchup. This is the glaze for the meatloaf. Spread this over your molded meat.
  • Bake @ 350°F for 45 minutes.
