My Mom’s Meatloaf Recipe

I realized I shared this recipe weeks ago and never posted it! I had someone message and remind me about it. I grew up eating this meatloaf and It was always a favorite. As someone who is not a huge red meat eater I still love this to this day. When I made it the entire family gobbled it up, we had no leftovers! We are a sauce loving family so I love the sauce glaze that goes on top. I served our meatloaf with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus and it was a great weeknight meal! Enjoy!

I don’t have Texas Pete sauce – do you think Cholula would be an okay substitute? While I LOVE spicy, my family does not…

Yes that would work! You can also leave out the hot sauce too we just like a little spice!
