I have had my Our Place Always Pan for almost 9 months now and it has been such a fabulous addition to my kitchen. I honestly cleaned out almost all of my other pots and pans because this one really does it all! It is essentially an 8 in 1 pan! It is a skillet, non-stick pan, saucier, fry pan, colander, steamer, spatula rest (so your counters don’t get dirty, and sauce pan. The best part in my opinion is it is a true non stick ceramic pan. It is non toxic and free of Teflon, PTFE’s and PFA’S. It makes cooking and cleaning a breeze!

The bundle comes with the pan, a bamboo steamer, bamboo chopsticks and 15 paper liners for $175. This steamer works wonders on veggies, dumplings, and tamales- so many foods! It sits perfectly on top of the pan and spatula to seal in steam. The liners are key as they make clean up so easy and also help to protect the bamboo.
I bought some Trader Joe’s Green Chile and Cheese enchiladas to cook in the steamer and it could not have worked better. Plus it was an easy quick meal!
I like to spruce them up a little so instead of just steaming them I take it a step further. I start and steam them about 5 minutes n the bamboo steamer, then I remove them from the steamer and peel off the husks. I drain the water from the bottom of the pan. Then I add in a packet of Frontera Enchilada sauce and nestle the tamales in the sauce. Top with some Cojita cheese and pico de gallo and you have a fabulous one pot dinner. The Always pan does it all for this meal!
