Cheeseburger Salad

I could eat a salad every single day. I crave them and love making different versions. This takes salads to a whole new level. I had seen this recipe floating around Pinterest for awhile and decided to finally make it. Both kids were super excited about it and it did not disappoint. This is such an easy weeknight dinner, it can be made in under 20 minutes! Add any toppings you like next time I may add in some mushrooms! Enjoy!

1-2 heads Romaine lettuce shredded

1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

1/2 small red onion diced

diced pickles (I swear by Grillo’s)

1 8oz block Cheddar Cheese grated

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

D R E S S I N G

1/2 cup mayo

1.5 tablespoons yellow mustard

1.5 tablespoons ketchup

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons diced pickles (you can also use relish but I love grillos pickles)

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon cane sugar

Cook beef until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and a little salt and pepper. Then stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

In a food processor blend all the dressing ingredients.

In a large bowl arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese and beef. Drizzle all with dressing and toss together. Add more dressing if needed!
