Staying Active

I go through phases of exercise and what I like to do. I wanted to share my current routine and some favorite looks from lululemon, my all time favorite workout wear.

Currently I aim to workout 5 days a week. I do 2 30 minute strength training sessions with my trainer Chris. I love these sessions because he pushes me and I feel like they have really helped me to tone up. On the other days I try and walk an hour or do walk/run intervals. I actually love this time because I listen to my podcasts and just enjoy being outside. I normally do this right after I take the kids to school so by 8:30 I am done with my workout. I workout just as much for my mental sanity as for the physical benefits. It just really helps clear my head and get me in the right mind space.

I have lots of go to workout favorites at lululemon. The breeze by Top is on constant repeat I own the long sleeve and sleeveless version. They are lightweight and I love the feel and look. The Fast and Free Leggings are the best and so flattering! I love the versatility of the puffy vest– it is cute with workout clothes or regular clothes! I wear a 6 in lululemon for those curious about sizing. Thes would be make great Christmas gifts as well.

If you don’t have a foam roller, you need one! They are the best for stretching out after a hard workout. I like this one because it is so pretty and work so well.
