Summer Appetizer Ideas

I Love a good charcuterie board but in the Summer I like to switch it up with fresh produce! Our Farmer’s Market always has the best veggies so I stock up while I am there. Here are a few recent spreads I have made.

Prosciutto | Cantaloupe | Burrata drizzled with pesto | cherry tomatoes | naan bread regular and whole wheat | Asparagus (blanched for 3 minutes and put in ice bath)

Cherry tomatoes | Watermelon Radish | Breadsticks | Broccolini | Zucchini | Cucumbers | Squash | Orange bell peppers | Carrots | Ranch Dressing | Hummus with everything but the bagel seasoning

Carrots | Red Bell Pepper | Celery | Hummus + Everything but the Bagel Seasoning | Cucumbers | Watermelon Radish | Olives | Blue Cheese | Trader Joe’s Sweet and Spicy Pecans | White Cheddar Cheese | Pepperoni | Prosciutto, Manchego | Breadsticks

Breadsticks | Asparagus | Rainbow Carrots | Cucumber | Watermelon Radish | Olives | Hummus drizzled with olive oil and salt and pepper.
