Loaded Veggie Orzo Salad

By now you guys know I live for salads in any way or form. I had been on a big quinoa roll for a awhile but have been switching it up lately with different grains and pastas. I love orzo, it is the perfect tiny pasta. This salad is loaded with lots of veggies and creamy feta cheese. It would be perfect for a Memorial Day cookout! I did a homemade dressing but I have made this before and used the Tessamae’s Green Goddess dressing and it works great if you don’t want to make your own! This is best served room temperature. Enjoy!

This looks amazing! Do you drain the artichoke hearts?

Is there anyway you could make your recipes printable? I love making them but often have to screen shot them, leaving the picture out.

Where are you getting the Green Goddess Dressing? I can’t seem to find it anymore at the Teeter or Whole Foods.

Can this be made a day ahead of time, or do you recommend making it the day you plan to eat it?
