Thoughts For Thursday

Happy Thursday! I got a lot of feedback last week from you guys saying you loved Thoughts for Thursday posts and I am so glad because these are some of my favorite posts to write. I always love a random post.

This picture above was taken 2 years ago in St Maarten and I am so excited because I just booked a trip to the Bahamas in March. I am so ready for a tropical vacation! So get ready for some resort wear posts. I would love any and all Bahamas recs as I have never been before.

I recently bought this white lace blouse and I am loving it. It is under $100 and so pretty in person. It comes fully lined with a nude camisole and I just realized it is now out in navy too! Such a great blouse. It runs TTS I am wearing a small.

See, how pretty the navy is?? I honestly kind of want it too:)

My sister was in town last weekend for a girl’s trip so I met up with them for a drink Saturday. We met at Bourbon and Bubbles a cute new bar on King Street.

Twining in our brown. My sweater is sold out, but I had lots of questions about Taylor’s jacket and it is actually mine! It is on sale for only $25 HERE! I am wearing my favorite faux leather leggings, trust me if you don’t have a pair you need a pair.

One of my favorite avocado toasts in town – at Hen and Goat.

Frances Moon is already raiding my closet and stole my Rolling Stones tee- i had to snap a pic because it was so cute on her. Wearing my favorite Blouse that I now have in 4 colors because it is that good. I am wearing an XS runs large.

Colored Blouse

I am straight up addicted to the Tumeric Chai Latte at Harbinger Cafe. I had lots of questions about my ballet flats. I thought they were sold out but I found them on Amazon! They are so comfy I wear mine all the time.

Flats

I had to jump on the bandwagon and do the Facebook 10 year challenge. I have loved seeing everyone else’s.

Same Hair, older face, and I still love my cocktails:)

I asked for book recs on instagram and by far the most recommended Where the Crawdads Sing and Educated. I just ordered both. I did however in the meantime start reading this book a reader recommended and I love it.

A Praying Life

My kid’s looking way too grown up these days:)

Super easy lunch this week, I love my Greek food. Salad is kale, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, marinated artichoke hearts, red onion, yellow bell pepper, kalamata olives, and feta. Plus hummus and pepperoncinis.

These are the softest lounge pants ever.

Have a great Thursday!

If you are staying in Nassau, Blue Sail is a must for a dinner. Beef Carpaccio pizza. Need I say more. They take reservations on OpenTable which I recommend. (Also we stayed at the Baha Mar if you have any questions about that…)

You HAVE to read The Glass Castle in addition to Educated. Very similar to Educated but I enjoyed The Glass Castle more!!!

Where are you going in the Bahamas? I have been to many of the islands. Each has their own flavor and are known for different things. All are absolutely gorgeous!

You are going to LOVE both those books. They were two of my favorites of last year!
