Fitness|Athleisure Favorites

I always get inspired in the New Year to amp up my fitness goals. I mentioned on here but I hired a personal trainer and I am going to be working out with him 2-3 days a week. We have done two sessions now that have kicked my butt so I am excited to see some body transformation over time. I personally like having a trainer to push me and encourage me because I can get lazy on my own. I also like that he challenges me and shows me exercises I have not done before. I feel like body had gotten used to running so I wanted to switch things up and

My main goal is to tighten and tone up and lose about 5-10 pounds. We will be filming videos of some of our workouts that I will post on instastories and Charleston friends stay tuned we are going to do a giveaway soon for a free personal training package. In addition to personal training I still hope to run 2-3 days a week and it is also my goal this year to do more yoga.

New workout clothes always inspire me so I wanted to share some recent favorites.

Sweatshirt Tunic | Leggings – these are two go to basics I wear all the time even when I am not working out. I now own these leggings in all 4 colors I love them that much. The sweatshirt is a great length with leggings. I am wearing a small in the leggings and a medium in the sweatshirt. I actually wore this entire look yesterday.

I saw Liz at Sequins and Stripes wearing these leggings and knew I needed them. They are high waisted and really suck you in, plus I love the leopard print. The high neck tank is one of my favorites I have both colors. It is longer and not too fitted.

These tanks are such a steal, you get 3 for $20. I love that the sides are lower and they have a high neck. I am wearing a medium.

Tank Tops

This is my other favorite workout tank. The fit is fantastic- it is longer and not fitted. I like the material as well. I wear a small in this tank.

Zella Tank

Wanted to show these leggings again because they are legit. The same as the navy pair I am wearing above. They are high waisted and fit like the Lululemon Align legging. They are light weight and perfect for running, yoga, and strength training.

Leggings (in a size small)

Long Sleeve Tee- I love these for running when it is chilly. They are the perfect material. I am wearing a medium.

Tennis Shoes– I have two pairs of Nikes I alternate between. I love these fly knit ones. They are currently on sale right now too. I like that they are super lightweight and comfortable. Great for running or strength training.

Fleece- I got this for Christmas and it is perfect to toss on over workout clothes when it is freezing. It is super warm and cozy and under $100.

Baseball hat– I love to wear a baseball hat when I workout. I also like them for dirty hair days:) I got this Northface one over Christmas and love it. It comes in 8 colors, I am tempted to get another color.

Sports Bra– if you want a really supportive sports bra this one is the best. My mom gave me one for my birthday last year and it is awesome. It offers the best support out of any bras I have tried. I wear this one when I run.

I like this Nike sports bra for lower impact days like yoga or strength training.

This poncho is perfect to toss on over your workout clothes. It is lined with fleece and so cozy. I run in this when it is really chilly. I am wearing the XS/S.

    Hi Natalie! Thanks for sharing these outfits! On the leopard leggings, are they true to size? Are they comparable to lulu sizing?

    Is the fabric of the leggings more like cotton or more slick feeling?
